RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We're all about quality here at Strand & Deliver, and want to ensure every customer is 100% happy with their purchase. To show our commitment to this, should you be unhappy with your subscription box for any reason you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep a copy of your email receipt as proof of purchase.

We aim to get your box to you within 10 working days - if we think there might be a delay for any reason, rest assured we'll be in touch to keep you updated and offer you the option of cancelling your order with a full refund.
